However, there are many applicant who apply for e-visa for first time, then it is difficult to avoid errors in information declaration such as: Wrong information, passport photos and portraits are not satisfied that make your application not approved or visa is not valid due to wrong information
A very important note that you need to know when applying your visa on the national system: The fee for visa application is NON-refundable under all conditions, which means you need provide the most accurate information, any false information will make your application not approve, the you must apply again and continue to wait for next 3-5 days for approval.

Unlike visa on arrival, e-visa is NOT renewable, you need to exit when e-visa expires
In case you still want to continue to stay in Vietnam, we may support the applicants to exit to a third country that is geographically located near Vietnam and has an open visa policy such as: Cambodia, Lao, Thailand, Singapore... Then re-enter Vietnam on the same day, this is called VISA RUN
You need to apply again and make payment of fee again.
NO, you need to provide correct information about the expected international border gate, providing incorrect information will make your application invalid
On VietnamEvisa.com, we have group submission, you can't do the same thing on the government website
There is no limit on the number of Evisa applications per applicant. That means you ARE allowed to submit an unlimited number of Evisa applications to the same applicant at the same time.
There is no limit to how long in advance an application can be submitted, however each application takes 3-5 working days to process, actual time may be longer depending on public holidays. So the ideal time to apply for Evisa is at least 2-3 weeks before expected date of arrival
