1. SERVICE FEE (Application submission fee visa approval letter from VID)

This is kind of fee you will pay for travel agency or tourism company authorized by Vietnam Immigration Department (VID) who guarantees and contact directly with VID to arrange visa approval letter for you.
It included the following works:

• Receive and check your information with visa application visa our website’s system

• Contact you through email for reviewing your information in visa application.

• Contact and send your visa application to Vietnam Immigration Department.

• Inform you about the visa approval letter processing schedule via email.

• Follow other procedures pursuant to the regulations of Vietnam Immigration Department to get visa approval letter granted for you.

• Receive visa approval letter from Vietnam Immigration Department and then send it for you via email which you applied after 5-7 working day(s)

Please Note That:

• Tourist visa: Issued to foreigner for tourism purposes and visiting relatives in Vietnam. Tourist visas are not valid for foreign citizens to work and live in Vietnam, tourist visa with a minimum duration of 1 month and a maximum period of 3 months.
• Business Visa: Issued to foreigner with the purpose of working in Vietnam (Business, meetings, economic cooperation ... Business Visa that can replace a tourist visa, visiting relatives). Business Visa with a minimum duration of 1 month and 1-year maximum term. ( Notice: Business Visa costs are often higher than tourist visa )

2. STAMPING FEE (Visa stamp fee at the Vietnam International Airports)

• This is fee which you will have to pay directly for the cashier of Border Customs at Vietnam International Airports when you get actual visa.

• The stamping fee which you pay in cash (USD and VND). Other foreign currencies could be acceptable. However, USD is recommended to use to avoid complicated exchanges.

• The fixed rate was issued by Vietnam Immigration Department:

                 + Stamping fee for Visa single entry (01 month, 03 months and 06 months): 25 USD
                 + Stamping fee for Visa multiple entry (01 month and 03 months): 50 USD
