Life saver
About a month prior to my visit to Vietnam I got my required eVisa online on some random website. When I show up to check in for the flight in Bangkok I was told I could not travel because I put the wrong date on the visa. I made the mistake of putting my day expected date of entry a couple of days ahead of when I actually would. Most of those random websites have an express service that takes minimum 6 hours. I missed my flight to Vietnam in the morning and the second and last one for the day was only 4 hours later. Ladies at the counter for VietnamAir basically told me “figure it out on your own” When I reached out to Indochina Sun Travel they responded right away and informed me of the steps I would need to take in order to make it. They gave me a temporary entry letter in order to be able to check in for the next flight before it was too late. They flight landed at 6pm and I needed to be an hour away from the airport in order to catch a tour bus that was leaving at 8. Indochina Sun Travel made everything way easy and stress free for me. They had someone waiting for me at the arrival gate with my visa and a taxi too ready to go as soon as I got there. Had it not been for them I would’ve never made it to Vietnam let alone to my tour. Last minute help with visa.
Incredible service. Had an issue with my visa while checking in. I called them on WhatsApp and the kind lady was able to help use solve the issue in less than 30 minutes so we did not miss our flight. Then, once we arrived in Hanoi, an employee was waiting for us with the new visa and helped us through security. This service saved our vacation. I can’t thank you enough! Very easy, trustworthy and affordable service. Highly recommended.

Life saving service
24 hours before departure to Vietnam we figured out that we forgot to apply for a visa on arrival beforehand. It was a Saturday with arrival on a Sunday so all websites advertising with visas within a few business days could probably not help us. With stress levels increasing and looking into changing our travel plans, we fortunately found Daisy :) She replied Saturday night on WhatsApp within a few minutes and guided us through the emergency express service. Within 30 minutes everything was set. Ok, the service costs a bit over 300 USD but with no real alternative options left this was the best option! Can really recommend!
On arrival, there was someone from Daisy's team waiting for us, they gathered the documents very quickly and the visa was ready within 15 minutes. Then I could go through a VIP que which was much shorter. Unfortunately my husband still had to go through the normal passport check que but thay didn't take too long.
Stupid mistake on our side but happy this could be fixed.

Highly recommended. We forgot to check for visa to enter Vietnam. Found Indochina Sun Travel online and sent a Whatsapp message which was responded straightaway by Daisy in the evening after hours. We had to travel the next day and was panicking naturally. Daisy guided us patiently on documents required, sent an electronic invoice payment the same evening all within minutes. It allowed me to sleep that night well. We ended up with the 4hr visa approval process which was fantastic! The visa was even delivered sooner than the promised time. All instructions were detailed and complete. It even came with the arrival visa form for us to pre fill that we would have to fill when we landed, saving time at the airport. Daisy and her team saved our trip to attend a wedding of our good friend at Ho Chi Minh City which we are very grateful for!!!

Perfect service.
On the day i was due to fly my connecting flight out of Vietnam was delayed a day, meaning I had a 30hr stop over in Ho Chi Min - which requires a visa. Daisy helped me and my friend get a visa sorted within 7 hours - and was courteous and helpful throughout the process. Even checking in with me to ensure I had received the visa when it was emailed to me.
It was an additional expense I had not anticipated, but meant I could go on my trip which is priceless.
I highly reccomend Daisy and this service, and can confirm that they are quick and efficient, and I had no problems at any airport with the documentation they sent through. I appreciate Daisy and her team so much. Thank you all!

Fast and good service
Daisy was amazingly helpful when I needed help with my Vietnam emergency Visa. I needed to expedite the whole process in order to avoid cancelling my trip and came across this agency. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was very efficient. Daisy got me the eVisa 12 hours before the Immigration department even announced me they have approved it. Thanks for saving the day !

Ms. Daisy got my visa out of processing SO fast. My husband and I booked a last minute flight from Korea, thinking we'd have enough time for my visa to process, but we're leaving tomorrow and I was getting nervous. I contacted Ms. Daisy at 6am Korean time (sorry, 4am your time Ms. Daisy!), and got my visa within four hours. She worked miracles! I highly recommend this service if you need a fast visa.

Needed a fast track visa, 1,5 hours prior to my flight.
The fee was quite high ($325) but without this service I wasn’t able to fly into Vietnam.

Emergency visa for Vietnam
I inadvertently put the incorrect birth date on my husband's Vietnan visa. We did not notice until we attempted to fly. We were extremely upset so we searched online about how to obtain an emergency visa. We found Daisy. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get a new visa issued within six hours. We still had to rebook our plane tickets but all worked out in the end. We had a very stressful time but Daisy came through. Thanks so much.

Exceptional service!
Daisy was an absolute life saver. My partner and I were so stressed as our visa hadn't been processed in time and we were due to depart Melbourne within 24hrs. In that time, I contacted Daisy after reading reviews from people in a similar situation to us and decided that this would be our best option. Thank God we contacted her! She stayed in touch throughout the process to organise a Visa approval letter for us to get our visa on the ground, which allowed us to board our flight and also submitted a request to get our existing application expedited - by the time we landed, Daisy had gotten our visa processed and upon arrival, one of her staff members met us with a printed copy and had us fast tracked through immigration within 5 mins max! We were out before we could blink! We didn't have to pay anything extra for our visa or stamping fee either.
